The operations of the Field Services and Support Services Bureaus are overseen by the Commander of Police Operations, Captain Jeremiah E. Hourihan III. Both the Patrol Division Watch Commanders and the Support Services Sergeant report to the Commander of Police Operations.
In addition to those duties, Capt. Hourihan commands the Office of Professional Responsibility and is responsible for various administrative functions within the agency, including information technology, management of both sworn and civilian personnel and payroll.
